When you purchase an item on Izzy & Rose you not only are getting a unique gift you are changing someone’s life.

 

Izzy & Rose is more than just another online gift & craft store; it is a social enterprise dedicated to providing Australians, who encounter barriers to employment due to age, disability, injury, social isolation, communication challenges, physical limitations, economic instability, location or geographical constraints, with an online sales platform that will showcase their talent and support them to run their own successful micro-business.

 

The concept for Izzy & Rose was created back in 2022 by the team at You First. Our job seeking clients were creating amazing items in their spare time as a hobby but struggling to get a job often for multiple reasons. So we figured if they couldn't get to the job then maybe we could bring the job to them!

Unfortunately we weren't eligible for any grants but the You First team believed in the potential of Izzy & Rose so much they have funded this online gift & craft store, donating their time, knowledge and resources to make Izzy & Rose a reality. 

 

Izzy & Rose has finally been launched by You First who have agreed that if Izzy & Rose makes any surplus the money will be reinvested back into Izzy & Rose, enabling the You First staff who will continue to donate their time, skills & resources, support more entrepreneurs develop their knowledge and skills to be able to successfully run their own micro business.
